Well, thanks, everyone. Another story is complete. I pray that this story touched you positively. Thanks to all my readers in the United States, United Kingdom, Israel, Germany, Ukraine, Singapore, Indonesia, Slovakia, Hong Kong, Sweden, China, Kazakstan, Russia, and Turkey. This particular story reached thousands worldwide.
The plight of our missing children is worldwide. Here in the United States over 250,000 children go missing every year. With the influx of forced and illegal immigration worldwide 45,000 children are missing in Haiti, over 60,000 are missing in Ukraine, and 500,000 are missing from Central and South America. The numbers for the Middle East can only be estimated but are in the tens of thousands. In Asia, it's probably worse. Most are used as illegal child labor for countries and corporations. Many are forced into the sex trade, and even worse, unwitting organ donors.
The Bible says that when we see evil, we are to bring it into the light. Some of you will say, "But what can I do? I'm just one person." Others will say, "How can a loving God allow so much misery?" "Why doesn't God do something?" He did. He made you aware of this, He sent you! This is going on all around each of you. See something? Say something! We are his hands and feet, remember? Pray, surrender yourself to God. He will show you where to go, and what to do. Just like Lily in the story, allow yourself to be used by God. And watch what happens!
I am sure many of you noticed that this last story sputtered along with large gaps in publishing. For that, I'm truly sorry. I am going to need to step away for a bit. The Lord has redirected my focus toward a serious illness I must address. I know the Lord still has plans for me as I have three more stories to do.
Thanks again. May our Lord Jesus Christ bless and prosper you and your families in the coming new year.
Your Storyteller,
Gary
